Descend

capacity: 20

The sea decides.

We follow.

There are no menus to study, no choices to make in advance. Only an hour, an address, and the promise that something has been prepared.

Not a restaurant. Not an evening out. Havn is a guided passage — where the meal, the room, and the movement between them are entrusted to one another. You are led, softly and without hurry, through a sequence of rooms.

Each with its own mood. We ask for slowness. For attention. For presence. For the quiet courage that arrives when people, for one evening, allow themselves to be seen. What you eat matters. What you carry away — more so.

Before you arrive

A reservation at Havn is a quiet contract. We ask for nothing in return except your presence, on time, and your willingness to be still.

Seatings

Thursday — Sunday

One service nightly. Twenty seats.

Arrival

Eighteen thirty

A passage of roughly four unhurried hours.

Attire

As you would dress for a long walk

Expect to confront the four elements.

Are you ready to descend?

HAVN welcomes 20. Each gathering is singular, unrepeatable. If you feel the pull — reach out. We will let you know if there is still room.
